This business was suffering from an ineffective and excessively slow website.  I was able to recreate their website in a new and more efficient environment whilst improving the overall customer interaction and information availability.  Their resorts, destinations and packages were all re-engineered to make everything more accessible to their potential customers, along with increased digital marketing capabilities to encourage interested leads to stay in touch.  After providing training to allow the business owners to maintain the website themselves, I then recommended a package and migration path for them to cost-effectively move their website and support in its entirety to a new provider as their current provider was over-charging, not providing support and was using extremely slow servers.
